Our client, a major retailed invovled in consumer products in APAC has recently set up a team that manage the provision of market insights that will drive incremental value to the business. about the team.You will be working in a diversed team with a group of commercial analysts from different retail and/or agency background. They are business driven, sensitive to consumer markets and are creative enough to introduce new ideas that will stimulate consumer behavior. about the job.
  • Report to the Head of Analytics and manage a group of analysts
  • Base on the analyzed data, provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Educate stakeholders on current market trends, consumer behavior, competitor movement and ensure stakeholders are clear with the benefits of the recommended action plans
  • Develop a data-driven culture within the team and amongst the stakeholders
  • Projects management: manage each marketing project timely and deliver results and insights with strong business acumen manner
  • Have a good understand of data visualization tools (such as Tableu and Marketing Cloud) and use it to deliver quality insights and expertise to stakeholders
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree or above holder
  • Fluency in English; at least one Asian language will be a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in agencies/in-house/client side with consumer analytics experience; preferably in retail/FMCG sector
  • Having a international mindset with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and consulting skills
