about the job.
- Provide Australia education-related consulting services and inquiries for clients, actively identify client needs, and be responsible for revenue generation.
- Handle education issues for clients in a timely manner, understand customer needs at all times, provide exceptional customer service, and foster strong client relationships.
- Adhere to the company's established protocols and standards when assisting clients and addressing educational matters concerning their children in Australia.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, extend greetings on holidays, and seize every opportunity to suggest relevant products and solutions that align with their needs to increase brand loyalty and client satisfaction.
- Engage in negotiations with potential clients to discuss terms on sales packages, and to deliver professional after-sales service to uphold company's reputation and nurture long-term client relationships.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in Australia would be a plus
- Experience in identifying customer needs in Overseas or Australia education industry.
- Familiarity with Australia's schools and application processes is preferred.
- Familiar with the educational systems and knowledge of schools in Australia, match suitable schools based on student levels, and successfully apply for enrollment.
- Less experience will be considered as " Sales Manager".
