- You will oversee the sales operation functions within the distribution unit
- You will be in charge of the sales management support team for daily new business & distributor support functions
- You will participate in new sales initiatives to coordinate end-to-end processes across teams
- You will lead the wealth management planning team in budget & sales performance management
- You will handle sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness and reporting of sales performance
- You will generate regular sales campaign evaluation/validation reports for Sales Management’s review
- You will develop and review operational guidelines & procedures for the objective of meeting both regulatory and internal requirements
- You will ensure smooth running of daily operations within all internal teams including resource allocation & deliverable management.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have 10 years of management experience in insurance companies or banks on sales support and office administration
- You have strong experience in managing a cross-functional team for achievement of sales objectives and targets
