- You will manage the daily operations of the EB claims department.
- You will assess EB claims and handle complaints cases to resolve disputes.
- You will develop and execute EB claims strategies.
- You will participate in various projects to enhance claims workflow and internal system.
- You will attend regular management meetings to provide commentary and claims recommendations.
- You will provide mentorship to junior claims handlers.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably with FLMI / ICA / ACII / ANZIIF.
- You have 8+ years of Life claims (major/minor) experience, with 3+ years supervisory experience.
- You have strong knowledge of FDA health regulations.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
