My client is a well known listed conglomerate with various business entities. They are currently looking for a Manager, Learning & Development to join their team.

about the job.

  • Oversee different training programs in different formats
  • Identify training needs for the specific groups of employees, design and plan training programs
  • Liaise with the external consultants and identify the most suitable training partners
  • Review and identify the latest training needs and propose the upcoming training programs
  • Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Manage costs for all programmes, productions and publications in order to report to organisation executives
  • Support management on any ad hoc HR projects

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of HR working experience focusing in learning & development functions, experience in servicing or hospitality industry will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and positive mindset working in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
