You will coach, develop and lead a highly skilled team across 4 main functions – Broker Service, Corporate Service Account Management, Enrolment, and Printing & Fulfillment.
You will focus on driving the key targets of first call resolution, Email management and quality, turnaround of Enrolment, and delivery of documents within agreed time frame with the support from Team Coach.
You will be accountable for the resolution of customer related issues that are identified by your team, responsible for identifying/removing any barriers that impact the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction and act as the point of escalation for serious business partner (Intermediary) / customer (Corporate Group) complaints.
You will be a role model for the team demonstrating outstanding personal behaviors and performance.
You will be responsible for discovering and implementing potential opportunities for improving the customer experience.
You will oversee the management of HK Corporate Group, intermediary network schemes and enrolment process, ensuring that Group Secretaries receive the highest level of customer service possible via Corporate Service Account Manager and broker service teams.

You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
You have strong experience in leading and supervising a team
You are able to speak fluently both English and Cantonese
You have strong people management experience is a must
You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
