    Our client is a regional market leader in technology solutions, with strong growth in key Asia locations over the past few years. Being part of an international brand, they are further expanding their team here in the regional office and are looking to drive further digital transformation within the organization.

    The role will report directly to senior stakeholders and will be part of various project teams.


    about the job.

    The role will drive SAP SuccessFactors & HRIS Implementation across the APAC locations, collaborating with stakeholders and implementation partners. The role will also act as the SAP SuccessFactors Superuser for all on-going processes.

    Key duties:

    • Plan and manage implementation roadmap and timeline
    • Act as the superuser and SME for all things related to SAP SuccessFactors
    • Provide support to users and stakeholders & develop training guide
    • Create process and self service models for HRIS Tools
    • Gather requirements, assess performance, provide support to testing
    • Conduct report on HRIS & learning platforms


    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree in IT, Business, HR or relevant areas
    • At least 4 years of HRIS implementation experience
    • SAP Success Factors experience would be key in this role
    • Prior experience of HRIS integration and roll-out
    • Good command of English both written and verbal
