The Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Consultant plays a vital role in providing compensation and benefits data consulting support to clients across industries. As a Rewards Data focus consultant, you will excel in data analysis and reporting, utilizing excel and other technology tools. Your responsibilities include supporting projects, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

As part of the team, your responsbilites included :

Provide comprehensive compensation and benefits data consulting support to clients across industries.
Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting using excel and other technology tools.
Support medium to large-scale projects and client groups, including marketing and selling Willis Towers Watson Rewards Data & Software products and services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering insights and support on survey results.
Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to revenue growth within specific industry sectors or surveys.
Stay updated with current HR developments and continuously enhance technical and consulting skills.
Support proposal development, industry research, and business development plans.
Guide and mentor less experienced team members when needed.

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant compensation experience, preferably with a compensation survey company.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, human resources, or analytical subject.
Strong proficiency in excel, word processing, presentation, and data analysis software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Capability to develop and participate in business presentations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written work, such as reports and proposals.
