about the job.

Responsible for the development and analysis of compensation and benefits bench-marking exercise for Hong Kong
Handle day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress of the team against established objectives, budget, time line, deliverable and quality standards.
Work on the development and enhancement of the compensation programs, guidelines, and policies such as collection of market benchmark, enhancement of grading system, and salary structure, to ensure competitiveness with market conditions, in compliance with regulations and linkage to business strategy.
Conduct annual salary review, bonus exercise, salary surveys and other rewards projects
Review HR policies to ensure meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of C&B experience, preferably from large corporation / Financial Services
Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed mind and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and analytical skills
Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
