about the job
- You will develop and monitor sales channels (MCV Broker)
- You will provide daily support (including product and administration training, case follow up, communication between company and distributors, etc) for channels
- You will deliver marketing campaign and promotions
- You will develop, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels
- You will lead and guide new teammate
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales marketing and channel management in life insurance industry
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to communicate with different levels and maintain good business relationship with sales team
- You are fluent in Cantonese and English, mandarin preferred
