about the job
- You will develop and monitor the sales channel.
- You will monitor account performance and conduct regular reviews with brokers.
- You will provide daily support for channels (including product and administration training, cases follow up, etc.
- You will deliver a marketing campaign and promotion.
- You will develop, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to develop new business, build and maintain relationships with sales channels.
- You will directly report to the Head of Life Brokerage and IFA
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have 3-5 years of experience in sales marketing and channel management in life insurance industry
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You are fluent in Cantonese and English, mandarin preferred
