About the Company

Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong with a significant land bank in Hong Kong and the APAC. They develop, own and operate luxury and prestigious portfolios and to cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an Engineer to join their facility management team.

About the Job

You will be a key member of the facility management team, responsible for the routine maintenance of the E&M systems and equipment of a large scale commercial portfolio. You will be supervising contractors and in-house technical team to carry out the repairs and maintenance works, monitoring and arranging fit-out projects, handling E&M related enquiries, assisting in the implementation of energy saving projects and initiatives, etc.

About the Requirement

Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
REW A0 / B0 holder
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E&M maintenance, candidates with commercial, shopping mall experience would be a plus
Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
