As a Logistics & Procurement Manager (Commodity), you will be responsible for
-Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of commodities, materials, and services
-Oversee the logistics operations including the handling of I/E, COO, anc L/C documents
-Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract management
-Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms of agreements, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
-Develop and maintain logistics and transportation networks in the APAC region to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of commodities and materials
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations team and regional headquarter, to ensure procurement and logistics activities are aligned with business objectives
skills & experiences required.
-Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics operation, ideally all of which are obtained from commodity trading industry
-Familiar with shipping documents such as I/E, COO and L/C
-Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
-Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
