As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for
-Oversee and manage relationships with 3PL providers

-Develop and implement KPIs to measure and improve 3PL performance
-Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
-Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement
-Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics strategies with business goals
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
-Ensure that inventory records are updated electronically in an accurate and timely manner
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Diploma from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
-Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the FMCG industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-Familiarity with ERP systems
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
