They are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join their team. about the job.As a Logistics Manager, you will -Manage operations structure and workflow establishment (e.g. SOP/Standard Operations Procedure) -Develop logistics process guideline and best practice work documents for shipment, export/import customs clearance, invoicing, etc. -Be responsible for the logistics department resources planning and management -Manage day-to-day Logistics & Operations to support direct buying program and the growth of sourcing teams -Seek for any opportunities to drive further cost saving and increase process efficiency -Support collation and presentation of international logistics strategy, including financial projections, positioning, process & personnel development plan for the Logistics department -Other ad-hoc duties as assignedskills & experiences required.-Bachelor degree in relevant discipline, preferably in supply chain/logistics management -Candidates with at least 8 years of experience in handling ocean freight/LCL shipment -Candidates from retail/buying offices background with experience working in MNCs are highly preferred -Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills -Ability to work with cross-functional partners, across different operating levels -Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically -Strong sense of urgency to resolve issues -Fluent in English and Mandarin about the benefits.Our client offers high stability.
