Our client is a market leader in oil & gas industry with strong & growing business in the region. They are looking to expand their Hong Kong office and welcome new joiners into their logistics & operations team.
about the job.
  • Prepare purchases & sales contracts
  • Coordinate cargoes arrangement
  • Handle shipping documents & issue invoices
  • Work closely with suppliers, clients & head office on timeline management
  • Fulfill other duties assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
  • University graduate, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or related disciplines
  • Experience in logistics, shipping or oil & gas industry is preferrred
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantoness
  • Self-motivated, reliable, independent, and detail-minded
  • A good team player
