Key responsibilities:
- Conduct underwriting evaluations for individual life insurance applications, completing the assessments within the company's key performance indicators and approval thresholds.
- Adhere to the company's internal guidelines and any applicable regulatory requirements, while also meeting the agreed-upon service level standards.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from sales representatives and internal staff. Provide support to help uplift the overall team's performance, enabling them to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Understand the underwriting process in depth and recommend any improvement areas
Key Requirements:
- Degree / diploma holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
