We are working with an multinational law firm to look for a Legal Manager to be a part of an achievement orientated yet supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to build a successful career and take on some matters autonomously while have a great platform of support and guidance.about the job.
  • Involved in IPO, Public Company Takeovers, Corporate Finance and other advisory projects
  • Advise on US securities laws in relation to related rules and regulations
  • Representing issuers, underwriters and other financial institions and companies in capital market transactions
  • Work closely with colleagues to produce commercial astute advise
skills & experiences required
  • US Bar Qualification
  • US J.D. or LLM background
  • capital markets internship experience
  • IPO related work, ECM experience, general corporate experience
  • team player
  • ability to work effectively with partners and juniors in the team
  • strong fluency in English (spoken; reading and writing is essential)
  • fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
