about the role.This Legal Manager will be based in HK and oversee regulatory activities in China, to support and ensure the compliance with China regulations.
about the job.-Ensure in-depth analysis of regulatory requirements to register and explore products in China
-Draft and review the documents required by regulations for China
-Make sure the products are under compliance of China and specific requirements are met
-Ensure compliance with product registration processes
-Prepare summary and files with technique regulatory information for export
-Work closely with HQ to develop and launch products in compliance with China regulations
-Check labelling and formulation compliance to PRC laws
-Manage registration set to Health Authority
-Work closely with Marketing, Logistics and external agencies
about you.-Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Biochemical, Life Science or Law
-Over five years of working experience in regulatory compliance
-Experience in dealing with China regulations
