Qualified lawyer from HK, PRC, US, UK or Australia jurisdictions
At least 10 years PQE gained from international law firms or top-tier local firms
In-house experience is highly regarded with exposure to advising on transactional matters
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
