about the company.My client is a fast growing financial institution looking for Legal Counsel to support their expanding business
about the team.Reporting to General Counsel, you will be join a small legal team and have a wide exposure to legal and compliance workabout the job.
  • You will be providing legal support in financial products / funds, SFO and other cross-border regulatory issues
  • You will be providing legal advice to shareholders and different funtions on daily basis
  • You will be reviewing and negotiating contracts / documents in both English and Chinese
skills & experiences required.
  • Qualified to HK or UK with 2-5 PQE from international law firm or global financial institutions
  • You need to be familiar with SFO, Companies’ Ordinance, SFC’s licensing regime, ISDA documents, HKEX rules, etc.
  • You need to be fluent in English and Chinese
