You will negotiate and draft investment product and distribution documentation;
You will provide legal support to all business units on daily basis;

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 3 years PQE in private practice or private bank in-house
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial regulations and solid experience in supporting private banking business
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
