about the company.


My client is an top tier Insurance company and looking for a Legal Counsel in Hong Kong.

about the team. Reporting to General Counsel, you will be working as a strategic partner to the Greater China business. about the job.
  • You will be drafting and reviewing a board range of commercial agreements and legal documents
  • You will be advisiong on insurance licensing matters and liasing with regulators in China
  • You will be supporting Regulatory compliance matters and corporate governance and other secretarial matters
  • Other ad hoc matters that assigned by General Counsel
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to be qualified in PRC bar with 8+ PQE
  • You need to have solid experience in Insurance industry
  • You need to have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
