My client is a leading investment bank, who is looking for a Fund Lawyer to join the company and support the expanding business.

Reporting to Head of legal, you will be joining a well established Legal team and support their Asset Management business
about the job.
- You will be handling private equity funds as well as investment and financial advisory transactions
- You will be reviewing fund formation documents, investment transaction documents and other legal documents
- You will be providing day to day legal support to PE Investment business
- Any ad hoc legal support needed from the business
skills & experiences required.
- At least 4 PQE with qualification in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions
- Solid experience from top tier law firms or PE firms with a focus on PE funds
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
