Our client is a family owned company with diversify businesses in PE, Real Estate, Funds Investment with a global presence. They are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team and support their expanding business.
about the job.
- Provide strategic advice to relevant business including Corporate M&A, Real Estate transactions, Fund investment and other general commercial work
- Handle a wide range of general issues including drafting a range of commercial agreements and contracts
- Assist in dispute management and any regulatory matters to keep up-to-date on regulations
- Manage and work with external lawyers and other professional advisers
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder with common law qualification (ideally Hong Kong) with at least 5 years' PQE
- Solid experience handling commercial matters gained at international law firms or corporations with in-house exposure being highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, able to work well in a team and collaborate
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required
