- Formulate dispute resolution strategies in line with business needs in various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with international teams on various tasks, including discovery assignments.
- Liaise on internal approvals, execution, and filing of related documents in relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyse legal issues and issues related to commercial risks, present clear recommendations and assure legal compliance.
- Keep abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the company.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and / or other intermediaries.



Job requirements


- Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions qualified lawyer.
- At least 3 years of post qualified experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Extensive background in litigation, disputes or regulatory matters.
- Team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
