My client is a listed company, who is looking for a corporate lawyer to join the company and support the general commercial work and listed rules compliance.

about the job.

• You will draft, review and negotiate legal documentations, commercial contracts
• You will provide legal advice internally, including but not limited to legal policies and procedures
• You will partner with external counsels on legal and regulatory matters
• You will assist in the legal aspects of ad hoc assignments

skills & experiences required.

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5 - 8 years’ PQE
• Solid and well-rounded experience from listed companies
• Experiences in handling litigation, commercial contracts and intellectual properties
