My client is a reputable investment platform of a state-owned bank

about the team.

You will report to the head of legal and join a small legal team

about the job.

• You will assist on IPO and listing compliance related matters
• You will draft and review various legal documents
• You will support company secretarial and administrative matters
• You will liaise with compliance teams and handle ad hoc assignments

skills & experiences required.

• You must be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 2-5 PQE
• Able to communicate in fluent Mandarin and English, native fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
