Our client is the international technology group with growing businesses across Asia, Europe and the US. They are seeking to hire a junior to mid-level technology/intellectual property lawyer to join their legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and licensing within contractual frameworks.
• Handle copyright and trademark-related disputes.
• Develop and implement IP protection and enforcement strategy.
• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
• Work closely with global legal teams on technology and cross-border issues
• Engage and manage external Counsel when required.

Requirements:

• JD/LLB Degree holder with preference on US, Hong Kong, Australia, UK and other common law jurisdiction qualified lawyers.
• At least 3 years' PQE with experience working in a reputable law firm or in-house organization.
• Full professional proficiency in Chinese and English with excellent written and spoken ability.
• Ideally with exposure working across multi-jurisdictions in intellectual property, commercial and/or technology legal matters.
• Team player, self-motivated, computer-literate, attention to detail.
