about the company.

My client is a top tier investment bank, who is looking for a Capital Market Lawyer to join the team.about the team.Reporting to Head of Legal, you will join a well established legal team and focus on DCM.about the job.
  • You will be providing all kinds of legal advice and support (including structuring and documentation) primarily to the DCM business
  • You will be monitoring and advising business and management on the related legal and regulatory issues involved
  • You will assist the Head of Legal in reviewing and negotiating contracts in both English and Chinese
  • You will draft memos on legal issues relating to the company’s matters
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to have 3-6 years’ PQE gained from international law firm or investment bank
  • You need to have solid experience to DCM products, experience in ECM works will be a bonus
  • You need to have strong English & Chinese writing skills
  • You need to have excellent legal drafting and communication skills
