Our client is one of the fastest growing MNCs in their industry. They are currently seeking a qualified lawyer to join the legal team, provide legal support to protect their intellectual property of their business in Asia. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of intellectual property legal work.


Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on managing the protection of all intellectual property rights of the brand in APAC.
• Identify suitable targets for law enforcement actions (criminal and/or civil) to consolidate the status of all the brand’s key trademarks in the region.
• Protect and manage the company's intellectual property rights in the digital and online environment. Conduct
  trademark searches, file applications, handle intellectual property disputes, and ensure compliance with copyright and patent laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to provide legal guidance and support on IP matters.
• Handle clearance requests from business entities against third party’s IP rights, on new designs and names for products, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the global IP team.
