Our client is a market-leading insurance company who is looking for a junior lawyer to join the team and provide the legal support to the regional business

about the job.

• Provide legal support on contracts, business initiatives, IT, Procurement and other general commercial work
• Provide legal advice on structuring and documentation of M&A or restructuring transactions in Asia
• Day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements for the Group
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

skills & experiences required.

• 3-5 PQE from a reputable international Law firm or in-house counsel at a leading financial institution or MNC
• Solid experience of M&A, IT or General Corporate
• Good drafting, communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English
• Insurance experience not necessary
