job description

about the company. My client is a top-tier international investment bank, who is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team and support their fund business about the team. Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, this role will be supporting asset management matters about the job.
  • You will be providing legal support to fund formation as well as post-formation maintenance
  • You will be providing legal advice and daily support to the asset management business
  • You will be handling discretionary management account related matters and negotiation of IMAs
  • Other assignments designated by Senior Legal Counsel from time to time
skills & experiences required.
  • Qualified in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions
  • You need to have at least five years of post-qualification experience from international law firms, asset management firms or investment banks
  • You need to have experience in handling asset management transactions
  • Good drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese
