Our client is a fast-growing Asset Management firm, who is looking for a Fund Lawyer to join the team and support the expanding business
about the team.
Reporting to Head of Legal, you will be joining the Legal & Compliance team and mainly providing Fund related legal support
about the job.
- You will provide legal support on all kinds of fund investments, fund formation and ongoing maintenance
- You will work closely with the investment team and provide day to day legal support
- You will be responsible for legal and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions
- You will also support fund related compliance work
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of legal experience from reputable law firm or Asset Management business
- Strong communication skills and commercial sense are important
- Fluent in English and Chinese
