My client is an all-rounded securities firm providing comprehensive professional financial services in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Fund Lawyer to join the legal team and support the expanding Asset Management business.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will join a small legal team and focus on supporting Asset Management business.

about the job.

• You will be providing legal support on fund set up and investments
• You will negotiate and review funds documents and agreements under Cayman and BVI laws
• You will be responsible for legal and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions
• You will work closely with compliance, finance and external lawyer,

skills & experiences required.

• Qualified ideally from a common law jurisdiction with at least 3PQE
• Solid experience in asset management business at an international law firm and/or asset management house
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking and written)
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
