job description

about the company. My client is a top-tier PRC investment bank, who is looking for a PE M&A lawyer to join the team. about the team. Reporting to Head of Legal, you will join a well established legal team and support the M&A PE deals. about the job.
  • You will provide legal advices and daily support to the various investment teams
  • You will be handling private equity as well as other type of investment and financial advisory transactions;
  • You will support on structuring and documentation of M&A, and Private Equity related transactions, plus the provision of legal advice directly to the relevant business lines
  • Other ad hot assignments designated from time to time
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to have 5+ years of PQE from international law firms or investment banks
  • Solid legal knowledge and experience in handling private equity and M&A transactions
  • Qualified in UK, HK, US or other common law jurisdictions.
  • Fluent with written and oral use of English & Chinese
