about the company.

My client is a fast growing asset management, who is looking to hire a Financial Regulatory lawyer about the team. Reporting to Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be supporting regulatory compliance work about the job.
  • You will be providing professional legal advice and solutions to a broad range of legal issues
  • You will be advising on transactions, operational and regulatory matters, participate in negotiations
  • You will be responsible for regulatory requests and ensure smooth, accurate and timely communication with regulators
  • You will be communicate with external counsel to improve the firm's regulatory compliance matters
skills & experiences required.
  • 8 years of working experience from international law firms or banks
  • Degree holder in law, finance, accounting, corporate governance or related disciplines
  • You need to have knowledge of financial services industry and related legislative, regulatory and professional standards
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
