about the company.

My client is one of the top investment banking, who is looking for a FICC/Structure Products Lawyer

about the team.Reporting to Head of Legal, you will join a well established legal teamabout the job.
  • You will be providiing legal advice services to Structured Finance team based in Hong Kong
  • You will draft or review various transaction documents related to Structured Finance transactions and products and also the legal documents related to relationship establishment.
  • You will advise business teams on various legal, structural, reputational and other transaction-related issues
  • You will work closely with Compliance on various matters affecting Structured Finance business and respond to regulatory initiates, market structure reform and policy work
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to be qualified in HK, UK, US or other major jurisdictions with 5-8 years of experience with general finance training from a reputable international law firm or in-house counsel at a leading financial institution
  • You need to have good knowledge of Structured Finance business and products, and related documentation and regulation required
  • You need to have excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
