Our client is a full service commercial bank, who is looking for a Legal & Compliance Counsel to join the team and support the expanding business.

Reporting to Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be join a sizeable team with great team culture, and provide both legal and compliance support to the daily business in Hong Kong
about the job.
- You will draft, review, negotiate and comment on various legal documents
- You will provide professional legal advises and support for business
- You will review and update the internal policies to meet SFC regulations
- You will liaise with counterparts, external counsels and other professional parties
- Other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments as requested
skills & experiences required.
- You need to be a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 3-6 PQE
- You need to have solid experience and knowledge in SFC regulations
- Experience in financial institutions or SFC licensed corporations will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
