legal counsel - commercial - 8+ pqe.

Our client is a large conglomerate with diversified businesses in real estate, F&B and investments with a global presence. They are looking to add an additional lawyer to their growing team with at least 8 years' PQE!

• Handle a wide range of general issues including drafting a range of commercial agreements and contracts
• Develop and provide strategic advice to relevant business units and support functions
• Assist in dispute management and any regulatory matters by working closely with compliance functions
• Supporting on marketing related activities including assessing APAC jurisdictions and cross-border regulations
• Keeping up-to-date on regulations and working with other lawyers in monitoring and mitigating risk

• Degree holder with common law qualification (ideally Hong Kong) with at least 8 years' PQE
• Solid experience handling commercial matters gained at international law firms or corporations with in-house exposure being highly regarded
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required
• Strong communication skills, able to work well in a team and collaborate
