Our client is a Chinese multinational technology company. They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their structured legal team in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

This Candidate is responsible for safeguarding the intellectual property rights and reputation of the company. This role mainly focus on providing legal advice and supporting on implementing brand protection strategies and programs against infringements. This role also leads communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, with IP management and taking proactive measures to prevent and respond to brand infringements and counterfeiting activities.


Requirements:

- Common Law qualified
- At least 3 years’ PQE of IP prosecution, litigation, and enforcement work gained in law firms or technology companies
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
