Our client is a key player in Transportation and has strong presence in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join their established legal team.


Responsibilities:


- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of transactional and financing agreements in support of the financing team.
- Support stakeholders and BUs on legal matters, and provide legal insights on corporate and general commercial aspects.
- Deal and assist with Transactions to meet with deadlines.
- Liaise with counterparties, external counsels and other professional parties.
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.


Requirements:


- Common law jurisdiction qualified
- 5 PQE gained in a reputable law firm or multinational company
- Experience in General Corporate and Commercial is highly preferred
- Experience in Transportation / Asset Finance is highly preferred
- Sound analytical skill and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
