about the company.

We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to work in the Capital Markets practice for a US Law firm in Hong Kong. You will be working with partners who has be recognized as a Notable Practitioner for equity capital markets and has represented a significant number of leading M&A transactions and successful IPOs. about the job.
  • Working alongside other Legal Assistants, you will be responsible for work covering US and Hong Kong IPOs, M&A and compliance matters
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and proof read prospectuses
  • Undertake due diligence and verification exercises
  • Provide support to the team
  • Bilingual translation as well as liase with clients and external parties if required

skills & experiences required.
  • A law degree holder (LLB/ LLM/ PRC qualified)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an IPO Paralegal gained preferably from an international law firm
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
