Leasing Manager (Retail/ Developer)

  • Planning leasing strategies and trade-mix
  • Maintaining good tenant relations
  • tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works

About the Company
Our client is a reputable property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong. They own some signature office, retail and residential buildings. As their company is expanding, they are now inviting the Leasing Manager to join their team.

About the job

  • Manage key tenants relationship for a retail portfolio
  • Work with different parties for layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
  • Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
  • Supervise team to implemente leasing strategies to achieve business targets
  • Prepare in budget planning and rental forecast
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in portfolio/ retail / commercial leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good numerical sense
