My client is a listed group with a strong portfolio of retail and commercial properties across Hong Kong & PRC District. They are looking for the Leasing Manager/Senior Leasing manager to join their leasing team.
about the job.
- Manage the leasing matters and brand portfolio of designated Grade A shopping mall in Mainland China
- Handle leasing documents, able to liaise with international brands and property management practitioners independently
- Compilation of regular reports on the performance of portfolio
- Conduction of market research, market trend forecast and rental indication
- Carry out any other and ad hoc assignments or business initiatives as directed by the Management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 8 years working experience in commercial/ portfolio leasing, preferably with focus on retail leasing
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Leasing Manager
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
- Based China
