Leasing Manager - (Office+Retail)

About the Company
Our client is a reputable property developer in Hong Kong. They own wide variety of portfolio including Office & retail. As their team is expanding, they are now inviting the Leasing Manager to join their team.

About the job:

  • Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities/ manage expiring leases to maximize rental income
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry, complaints and all tenancy matters
  • Manage offer to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents
  • Conduct marketing strategies, market research, and data analysis of leasing data for consolidation into reports
  • Work with Property Management team to coordinate upgrade works of vacant premises and delivery of leased premises to customers
  • Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing transactions
  • Any ad-hoc duties and projects as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in portfolio/ retail / commercial leasing
  • Less experienced candidates might consider as Assistant Leasing Manager
  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good numerical sense
