key responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the L&D strategy which raising the whole group to the provision of top class training.
Identify and analyse the training needs of other Business Units with clear path development.
Responsible for planning particular L&D programme.
Responsible for conducting on-boarding via different platforms.
Manage Trainers to ensure effective training.
Collaborate with different stakeholders.skills
Learning & developmentqualifications
Degree with minimum of 5 to 8 years solid experience in Learning and Development
Highly preferred candidates who have experiences in SAP Success Factors
Proficiency in Microsoft Officeeducation
Bachelor Degree
