Work as a part of Agile team to design, develop, test and deliver mobile applications for the projects
Lead, monitor and manage the individuals in off-shore development team to build mobile applications following industry best-practices and in adherence with architectural principles before the deadlines
Work closely with internal/client's stakeholders to understand their needs, identify and suggest the most efficient and effective solution and enhance the products based on market trends and new technologies
Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions if necessary
Analyze the business needs and prepare technical documentation

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
5+ years of relevant experience in mobile application design and development; and solid experience in hybrid application development for both iOS and Android platform with React Native is a must
1+ years of experience in leading/mentoring a small development team would be advantageous
Good understanding of integration and deployment processes for mobile applications
Familiar with version control systems such as Git and UI/UX principles for mobile applications
Basic Knowledge of native apps development is a plus
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum Team
Strong communication skill and good at spoken both Cantonese and English
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Mobile App Developer
