As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and innovation within the organization. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends.
Research and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve predictive models.
Drive the development of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data science and machine learning.

Degeein Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading data science projects and coaching junior.
Strong proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
Knowledge of data engineering principles and tools.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
