A world leading retailer is looking for a Learning & Development Manager (Training) to join their young and dynamic team.

about the job.

Design and execute the group’s Learning and Talent Development strategy
Partner with the leadership teams and operational Learning and Talent Development community to build and deliver effective learning solutions to support organisational growth
Drive the group’s talent development initiatives, including leadership and emerging talent development programme
Oversee continuous improvement in the learning methodology by incorporating various delivery strategies such as as e-learning, simulations, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support learning initiatives

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
At least 6 years’ solid training experience in both planning and training delivery
Candidates from retail industry is highly preferable
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
